The Va’ad HaKashruth of Delaware, an independent community organization, serves the need of kosher certification for Delaware’s Jewish Community. The Va’ad facilitates and promotes the high Orthodox standards of kashruth by supervising and certifying several local establishments, caterers and institutions.
