Original Charter of the PLO (1964) showing hostility to Israel. NOTE: Formed when Egypt still occupied Gaza, and Jordan occupied the West Bank. In a later letter to Secretary of State Albright, Yassar Arafat specified articles allegedly fully abrogated, emphasizing that they would not be present in any future official printing of the Charter.
